Analysis of present government
tenure
It
is misfortunate with the Pakistan since when Pakistan came independent. From
the start the Pakistan was suffering under bad government and same case happen
with our present government. In 2008 every person was with the hope that this
government will do something for the Pakistan but everything in vein. There
were something good step that were taken by the present government but due to their
evil step they send over Pakistan 20 to 30 years backward and send our Pakistan
from light to dark with number of death, financial crises , energy crises and
terrorism.
Introduction:
As we
already know that
PPP completed his
five year government ,
which is very big achievement for
PPP.
If
we start looking from January 2008 when election were going to start, at that
time the chairperson of PPP was Benazir Bhutto. She initiates her party and
made a motive for getting focus on election .the motive of BB was employment, education, energy, environment
and equality.
Promises made to get vote:
On behalf of this they promised to the
people of Pakistan to provide jobs and shelter to the poor. Moreover, there
party said that they will make madras as and school for education. They
Will solve the problem of load shading
and will also solve water problem, they explained they will make small for
electricity and will finish the load shading. The party also said that all the
people have equal right in our country and women will also got the same right as
men have.
These are the some important promises
that was made before election by the Benazir Bhutto and also signed Nawaz
Sharif and Benazir Bhutto which is known as charter of democracy.
In this charter of democracy it was also
included that they will give special intention GILGIT and FATA in the NWFP by
providing institute of education and hospital and also providing them jobs.
By looking these promises every citizen
hoping something better from Benazir Bhutto, but suddenly there Asif Ali Zardari,
who is know our current president.
Under The presidency of Zardari:
After the sudden accidently death of
Benazir Bhutto, zardari became the president and here the bad governess born or
we could say that from that time bad governess started and this governess
started under the shelter of Zardari. Yusuf Raza Gilani was elected as a prime
minister on 29 march 2008 at that time there slogan was “Jiyo Bhutto” and “Go Musharaf
Go”.
Some positive points of PPP:
There are some good steps which were taken by PPP and we appreciate
them. These steps are as follow:
The first important step which was taken
by PPP was the 18 amendment to the Constitution which deleted the controversial
Article 58 (2) (b). due to this amendment more power was given to the provinces
or we could say that more autonomy to the provinces were granted.
The second major step was 19 and 20
amendment in which they will deal with the issue of judiciary and election
commission.
The third major step was to release the
judiciary and provide them a status and made them freedom.
The fourth major step was announcement
of the 7 national finance commission awards which provide the province in
federal revenue for the satisfaction of stakeholders.
The fifth step was providing
Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan package. According to this package they will
provide rights, safety and security to the balochi brother which was at that
time suffering from proper rights. But this package could not avail by balochi
brother due to many circumstances.
The sixth step was that Gilgit which was
first consider as northern area now got power and also got an assembly.
The seventh step that for poor people
PPP start Benazir income support. This money was distributed among widow women.
An estimated amount which about to share was 70 billion among 3.5 million
women.
The eight steps were that this party
increases the salary of government employees.
In the era of PPP party support price of
rice, cotton and wheat were also increase. Moreover they also introduced some
law for the protection of women right. Under his tenure social media completely
enjoy freedom and independence.
Rise down of PPP :
The main reason
due to which PPP failed was corruption. This corruption was not only among
politician but misfortunately this corruption was found in all departments. Our
Pakistan airline services which was among the most remarkable flights on his
time now this flight is completely destroy due to corruption. Moreover some
countries stop to take the services of PIA, which is big disaster for Pakistan.
The more interesting thing is that our Railway system is totally destroyed
during this tenure, more than 60% population of Pakistan forgot to use train
for transportation. These two faults completely destroy over economy, moreover
PPP party also give us some more corruption gifts that are oil and gas problem,
load shading problem and water. During PPP tenure this party sends us 20 years
back according to today technology. During PPP tenure the Pakistan debt
increase from 6,000 billion to 12,000 billion
And all these money go in politics
pocket.
CORRUPTION:
The question which arises in our mind
that where this 6,000 billion rupees gone?
Moreover, this government took
approximately 34,000 rupees against every Pakistani. This shows that every
child who was born in June 2012 is under the debt of rupees 72,000. It comes to
know that chairman of nab has commented that 6 to 8 billion rupees corruption
took place every day. By looking upon these above rupees the question arises
that where is federal and provincial office of revenue? The answer is that they
failed to get the tax from the people and also failed to hold the record of the
people from which they want to take tax. According to some report it came to
know that the investment in Pakistan was decrease to only PRs 500 million.
INFLATION IN PAKISTAN:
Under the tenure
of PPP government the inflation rate increases to peaks level which is 11.29%.

ENERGY:
I have not heard
about any poor or underdeveloped country electricity is not given to domestic
citizen for consecutive 14 to 16 hours per day. Under the shelter of PPP
government Pakistan face the peak level of load shedding. In village area there
is load shedding of 20 hours and in city there is load shedding of 16 to 20
hours. This load shedding completely destroys the economic power of Pakistan.
Due to this load shedding our industrial area could not generate there
products, and one which is to be noted that there is regular load shading of
gas, CNG and light. Which is the gift given to us by PPP government. People are investing outside the country and
many industries shifted their industries to other countries due to this load
shedding.

Other drawback:
The other major
drawback was that PPP government could not control the victims of flood. Only
army and some other civilian help the victims of flood.
Conclusion:
No doubt, there
are some good subjects who are taken by the PPP government but on his whole
tenure there are many bad things happen by this government. Due to which today
our country is facing economically very bad strategy. We could not blame upon
our government because we choose these person and then these people came and
robbed the country. We should think about our country and we should take part
in the development for our country. If today we do not do something for our
country then maybe we could lost our country due to this robbers. First we have
to change ourselves then we should say something about other.
