Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad, Rector UMT, has built up the Center of English Language (CEL) with impact from July 01, 2010. Naveed Alam, Associate Professor, has been named as Director CEL for a time of 03 years with impact from July 01, 2010 subject to the endorsement of the Board of Governors.
